These Terms govern access to and use of the digital properties operated by VIA JET and its affiliates (“VIA JET”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or any VIA JET online interface (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms unconditionally, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Licence & Permitted Use

VIA JET grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

This licence strictly excludes: Any resale, commercial exploitation, or public display of content; copying, republication or redistribution of aircraft images, pricing, fleet information, technical specifications, or proprietary aviation data; use of robots, crawlers, spiders, scraping tools or automated extraction technologies; framing, deep linking, or misusing VIA JET trademarks, trade dress, aircraft imagery, or interior photography; creating derivative works, modifications, or adaptations of VIA JET content. No intellectual-property rights are transferred to you, expressly or implicitly.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not: extract or publish VIA JET pricing on any other platform; replicate or host any portion of this Platform on another website or server; copy or distribute high-resolution aircraft interior/exterior imagery without written consent; reproduce any content for aviation-brokerage, charter-marketplace, or competitor analysis purposes; interfere with site security, data systems, or operational integrity. Any unauthorised use immediately terminates the limited licence granted herein and may constitute civil and criminal violations under international IP and aviation-industry regulatory laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including aircraft imagery, charter fleet details, seating configurations, cabin renderings, flight-experience videos, photographs, logos, graphics, text, design layout, user interface, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of VIA JET or its authorised licensors. This includes proprietary photography from global OEMs, luxury partners and select creative partners. Reproduction, distribution, modification, storage, reverse engineering, or transmission of VIA JET content without prior written approval is strictly prohibited. 4. Updates & Amendments

VIA JET may revise, update, suspend, or modify these Terms or any Platform content at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes. VIA JET makes no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of content, aircraft availability, or pricing displayed on the Platform. All content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

5. Pricing, Availability & Operational Disclaimers

All charter quotes, aircraft availability, empty-leg listings, route schedules, and fleet information are subject to aircraft positioning, operational approvals, regulatory requirements, crew legality, maintenance schedules, and third-party operator availability. They may contain typographical or technical inaccuracies and may change at any time without obligation or notice. VIA JET reserves the absolute right to decline any request, quotation, itinerary, or reservation; and to cancel or modify any inquiry or booking prior to contract execution. Prices may vary based on fuel charges, airport fees, overflight permits, weather conditions, and aviation-regulatory constraints.

6. Third-Party Links & External Sites

Links to non-VIA JET websites are provided solely for convenience. VIA JET does not control or endorse third-party content; is not responsible for their security, privacy, reliability, or availability; and bears no liability for losses arising from malware, viruses, or harmful components encountered on such sites. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

7. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIA JET and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, reputational loss, or financial losses linked to reliance on Platform content, even if VIA JET has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.

8. Indemnification

By using the Platform, you agree to fully indemnify VIA JET, its management, employees, agents, operators, technology partners, and contractors against any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all non-contractual obligations related to them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the jurisdiction VIA JET specifies in a written agreement. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, unless VIA JET elects another competent jurisdiction where required for enforcement.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable term closest to the original intent. Non-enforcement of a provision does not constitute a waiver.
