Legal Notice

This Platform is the digital gateway to VIA JET's private aviation ecosystem. Accessing it is deemed an acknowledgment that you operate within a regulated, IP-protected environment created specifically for high-value aviation communications.

If you do not accept these Terms without modification, do not use this Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

This website and its associated interfaces (“Platform”) are proprietary environments designed exclusively for:

  • Private jet charter inquiries
  • Aircraft acquisition consulting
  • Fleet showcase and experiential content
  • Aviation-grade engagement with verified users

The Platform is not a marketplace, brokerage hub, public directory, or open-source aviation resource.

Access is a privilege, not a right.

2. Grant of Access

VIA JET grants a non-exclusive, revocable viewing permission, strictly for personal, informational purposes.

You are not permitted to:

  • Download or store aircraft imagery, cabin layouts, technical specifications, or performance data;
  • Replicate, scrape, mirror, resell, or commercially exploit any content;
  • Use bots, automation software, crawlers, scrapers, or AI-extraction tools;
  • Embed, frame, deep-link, or re-publish VIA JET materials on external sites;
  • Use VIA JET content for aviation brokerage, charter pricing comparisons, competitor research, or market tracking.

Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions constitutes unauthorised use and will trigger immediate access revocation and legal escalation.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Every component of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • All aircraft photography & videography
  • Cabin ambience visuals, flight-experience films
  • Luxe lifestyle imagery
  • Charter pricing frameworks
  • Aircraft availability intelligence
  • VIA JET branding, trademarks, colourways, design language
  • Interface architecture, UI/UX composition

are the exclusive intellectual property of VIA JET or its authorised partners (OEMs, operators, designers, content houses, and luxury brands).

You acquire zero IP rights by accessing the Platform.

Any reproduction, modification, circulation, publication, or commercial usage requires written permission from: info@fvj.ae

Unauthorised use will be pursued civilly and criminally under global IP statutes, aviation brand protection laws, and cross-border enforcement treaties.

4. Prohibited Use - Zero-Tolerance Policy

You must not, under any circumstance:

  • Publish VIA JET aircraft images or videos on aviation forums, portals, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, or any public-facing platform
  • Use VIA JET pricing to solicit clients, compare markets, or present charter quotations
  • Store, reverse-engineer, or recreate VIA JET's premium cabin experience content
  • Act as an intermediary, aggregator, or broker using information extracted from the Platform
  • Share fleet data with competing charter providers or online marketplaces

Any misuse will result in:

  • Immediate access termination
  • IP enforcement action
  • Claims for damages, legal fees, and injunctive relief

VIA JET enforces every violation, no exceptions.

5. Content Accuracy & Aviation Variables

Private aviation is operationally dynamic. Accordingly:

  • Aircraft availability may vary by routing, crew legality, maintenance schedules, and regulatory permissions
  • Cabin layouts and imagery may represent specific aircraft tail numbers
  • Prices are indicative, not binding
  • All flight details remain subject to operator confirmation
  • Charter terms are final only after execution of a formal Air Charter Agreement

All Platform content is provided “as is” and may be updated without prior notice.

6. Third-Party Interactions

Links to aircraft manufacturers, operators, hospitality brands, and luxury partners are provided solely to enrich the VIA JET experience.

Such links do not imply control, endorsement, or liability.

VIA JET is not responsible for:

  • Third-party website content
  • Their data practices
  • Viruses, malware, or harmful components
  • Misstatements or omissions on external platforms

Access to external sites is entirely at your discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by global civil, commercial, aviation, and consumer laws:

VIA JET, its affiliates, its aviation partners, its directors, employees, and appointed operators shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profit, business, reputation, or data
  • Booking errors derived from external or outdated content
  • Reliance placed on indicative pricing
  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by regulatory or operational factors
  • Any damages resulting from your access, use, or inability to use the Platform

Your sole remedy is discontinuation of use.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VIA JET, its partners, its operators, and its legal representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, legal fees, or disputes arising from your misuse of the Platform.

This includes misuse by digital agencies, consultants, intermediaries, or individuals acting on your behalf.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and all related obligations shall be governed by:

The laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Exclusive jurisdiction:

The Dubai Courts at Dubai, UAE.

10. Modifications & Enforcement

  • VIA JET may modify, suspend, or revise these Terms at any time
  • No verbal permissions, reinterpretations, or exceptions are valid
  • Only written permissions issued by the VIA JET Legal Office are enforceable
  • Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
